  8. Credit Card:
  9. If paying by credit card, run the Register program, fill in the information 
  10. and email it to    sales@kagi.com   or send it by snail-mail to the above
  11. address. Emailing your payment is the fastest way to register Cloudz.

  13. Cash or Check:
  14. Run the Register program, fill in the information and print it out, wrap 
  15. the printout around your money, and mail it to the above address.

  22. Kagi is a company that processes a variety of payments, including international 
  23. currency, credit card payments, and electronic banking.  More information on

  28. 1) Open the Register program.
  29.  
  30. 2) Enter your name, your e-mail address, and the number of software licenses you 
  31. wish to purchase. 
  32.  
  33. 3) Select the form of payment you intend to use, and enter the appropriate 
  34. information.  
  35.  
  36. 4) NOTE: If you're using a credit card, please click on the little credit card icon, and 
  37. enter your billing address there.
  38.  
  39. 5) If you want to offer a comment on the product you are purchasing, click on the 
  40. little dialog balloon next to the program name, and enter your comments.  
  41.  
  42. 6) If you wish to include a bonus to show your appreciation for Judah Software 
  43. products, feel free to enter one in the appropriate box.
  44.  
  45. 7) If you wish to have a Postcard Receipt (Snail-Mail) you can select this option, 
  46. but it costs $1.  If you don't have an email address, you will receive your reply 
  47. via Snail-Mail anyways.

  49. 8) When you're finished:
  50.      If you're paying by cash or check:  Choose Print from the Register program, 
  51.      and send the printout and payment to Kagi.
  52.      If you're paying by credit card or First Virtual you have some options: 
  53.      a.  Choose Copy, then open your e-mail program and paste the information into
  54.           an e-mail.  Their e-mail address is sales@kagi.com.
  55.      b.  Choose Save, then include the saved file into an e-mail message.
  56.      c.  If you have a fax modem, fax the information to Kagi at (510) 652-6589.
  57.      d.  Choose Print, and mail the printout to Kagi.  This will be slower than the other
  58.           methods.

  60. Payments sent to Kagi via e-mail are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive 
  61. an e-mail acknowledgement from Kagi when your payment is processed. Payments 
  62. sent to Kagi via fax take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet e-mail 
  63. address, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.

  65. If you are paying with Cash (in any listed currency) or Check (US $ only), you should 
  66. print out your data using the Register application and send the printout to the address 
  67. shown on the form, which is:

  74. You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries, but if
  75. you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept
  76. checks in other currencies.  The conversion rate for non-US $ checks is around
  77. US $15 per check which is not practical.

  79. An invoice option exists, but it's hard to see how you would want to buy Judah Software
  80. products this way.  Contact Judah Software if you want to do this, and we can work it out.

  82. Please do not fax or e-mail payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or Invoice as
  83. the payment method. You can't fax or e-mail this kind of payment, so sending the form
  84. this way will be fruitless.

  86. Payments sent via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for
  87. processing.  If you include a correct e-mail address, you will hear from Kagi
  88. when the form is processed.  Judah Software will send you the registration code and other
  89. information as soon as they receive word from Kagi that your payment has arrived.
